Description:AM reception is possible, but not very good. The dial cord has no lag, and works very well for fine tuning. I also made a little video: I had actually built a crystal-oscillator-synchronized TPTG tuned plate, tuned grid oscillator. David Newkirk was right. It helped a lot, but was still too loud if tuned exactly in the bandpass of the crystals. Keying will be excellent at 80 meters 4.
